They say he won't hurt anyone and they believe he's no longer a threat to society. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want him living next door to me.

Hinckley is set to begin his "convalescent leave" on Aug. 5, according to U.S. District Judge Paul Friedman's order.

I have mixed feelings about that not that he hasn't reformed himself but personal safety and sometimes dealing with real world issues can be stressful enough to trigger wrong behavior !!!

That's what I wrote to CW2 Lindsey Muller. I'm not sure he can handle the changes, and pressure since he was sent to prison.

We don't consider that when we release an inmate. We focus on is the inmate reformed, a danger and has he paid his debt. Never do we ask "Can he cope"
