Judge lifts execution stay for ex-soldier in military prison

I prefer simple and expedient. 5 Soldiers, 5 Rifles, 5 Cartridges.

i think it is the duty of the courts and the confining authority to carry out capital punishment in the most expedient way possible. Stays of execution in their own right are cruel and inhumane when a convicted individual has been sentenced to death and its delayed over and over again.

If they go forwards with the execution, it will eleviate a lot of money being spent on trials and housing of the defendant.
