Happy Marine Corps Birthday!! It is a good day for the Corps. Once more, an egotistical bully in a campaign hat was found guilty of his crimes. The things he was found guilty of are direct violations of orders and what’s more, unnecessary to train Marines.
I know now I’ll hear pushback from fellow Marines who were maltreated in boot camp all the way back to before Vietnam, but I’ve done it both ways at PI 73-74 and know you can do it without abuse.
Semper Fidelis is more than a slogan.
