I attend Kaplan University as well and when I had them evaluate my A.D. in education and they gave me 114 credits and I only had to take 12 class for a B.S in Psycholoy. Thanks for this post.

No problem 1SG, I found this course a few years ago and had my soldiers enroll into it, now 3 out of 4 have completed it and have been promoted to SGT.

While this is a fantastic program, I've gone through it myself because why not add another degree to the resume, I also want to point out that you shouldn't expect your credits from the degree to transfer if you get out and go on to a state university. The courses that will transfer are the actually courses you'll take in Kaplan but everything else falls off if you decide you want to go a different road for B.S.

Do they take CLEP and what is their residency requirement? I imagine the required courses are the General Education (Math, English, Humanities, etc). With the Appropriate SOCARM agreement you may be able to remove quite a few of those credits very quickly.

The good thing about being military when you attend a college they usually do not require a testing before enrollment. The required courses for this course depends on level of training and branch you were or are in. For an Army Medic it is usually English I & II, Math and the Capstone major. Basically the things that they give is all electives and medical classes, since you learn Physical fitness, a leadership course and any other schools you might have.
