It sounds good, but it will take time to see if it equates to actual improvement at the VA. I hope it's more than wishful thinking that occurs.

PFC Roger Goff When it is this bad, it takes time and small steps in the right direction. This is a step. I agree with you that it needs to lead to real improvement.
