So when the good idea fairy is the commander of a division of Calvary.... and not exactly the type of leader you may want doing anything on their own.. taking a good idea and putting it with the leader who is least likely to plan it and pull it off probably makes utterly no sense... And yet it was approved.. and what was to be a very light striking force.. was not so light when it launched out.
