Having read the details of the lawsuit against Major League Baseball, this should be entertaining.
I’m curious about the “state actor” bit, but having a “kraken” lawyer arguing the case ought to help. A lot. Really.

Well this is going to be entertaining. We'll see how long this goes before he gets censured or worse. In many states when an attorney submits a case they are certifying that they believe that the controversy has a basis in law and is not frivolous. Eventually, that will catch up with them.
Edit to add: Reading the article I guess I'm not the only one making that observation. If a legal layperson like me knows it, an attorney sure as heck should.
