But if she got her Italian food in before the ban came into effect, it wasn't dangerous behavior, right?

Absolutely right, we the people must exercise our authority and remove them office. BUT WE WON"T. America is getting the piss poor government it votes for and therefore deserves. How many more of these "The rules are for thee, not me" petty tyrants must we read about.
