Thanks for the bitter reminder of what terrorism was like in the 1980's SGT John " Mac " McConnell. Terroristic activities have morphed over the years from the frequent aircraft hijackings of the 1970s and 1980s which were used to extort nations to release terrorists or make ridiculous demands. In those days killings were more targeted to towards Jews, military personnel and their families. The past 20 years we have seen more random killings designed to inflict widespread terror.
