While the MGM will surely lose in the court of opinion and maybe even Federal Court, I don’t blame them for trying. I fail to see how they are responsible for the shooting. They are just being sued because they have the most money.

SMSgt Thor Merich I completely agree they had little control over it and people look for someone to get money from. They are the most likely target.
