For the last time... A double space following a period. question mark, or exclamation point at the end of a sentence is not only unnecessary, but also screws up spacing in computer text documents using proportional spacing. I hope this means that I never have to explain that again

God forbid that we should screw up spacing in documents. How can we survive that?

It's simply a matter of replacing one habit with another when you begin using more modern equipment. You wouldn't manually reload a semi-auto rifle the way you do with a bolt action, would you?

You may have to "explain" it again and again to this jarhead. I still use double-space. Have used it since I started using a type-writer. You'll even notice that I used them here on RP! ;)
