It will save money = no way this happens.
Somebody's ox (whoever owns e-mall) would be gored, and we just can't have that.

I agree 1SG, at least for the Army. I never observed any cost saving measures in the Army. We may not have been able to purchase a heater for a M2 but we sure could fill a HQ with Stivers prints.
