Doesn't fund the wall. Doesn't cut Planned Parenthood. Doesn't cut funding to Sanctuary Cities. Defense would still get a budget increase. And it's a Bipartisan bill that still needs to go to House and Senate for a vote this week. We'll see what demands are made on the floor. Remember when Boehner presented a Bipartisan budget a few years ago and the Tea Party/Freedom Caucus Republicans defeated it in the House. This week will be interesting.
