In order to restore the confidence in the FBI, the DOJ and the legal process in general, this needs to be looked at impartially and, in my opinion, by a special prosecutor. We cannot have high ranking government officials above the law and walking away from things others would have been in prison over.

We need to get to the truth and if the truth leads to her being charged, so be it. If she is exonerated, so bit it. Right now, I have a low level of confidence this was done in a non partisan manner by a DOJ beholding to a President that was campaigning for the person under investigation. The tarmac meeting with Bill Clinton and the AG reeks of tampering and the fact that too many FBI agents were furious with the outcome all point to the need to clear the room and look again.

We all know that if we were found to have classified information/documents on our personal server/computer (or in our personal possession in an unsecured area) we would have been prosecuted, period. There would have been no discussion around intent. The fact that the information was exposed is all that matters. Perhaps that is a good place to start is to get a read on the law from prosecutors, not the head of the FBI. There is no doubt the classified information was on her server. It was found by the FBI on multiple occasions.

SGT Gregory Lawritson - I am sorry for your loss, I survived three tours in Afghanistan with injuries on my last tour in 08, to hold my grown up son as he embraced his two year son that died in his arm from a rapid brain tumor.

SGT Gregory Lawritson - You "Perceived /actual crimes while Secretary of State" but not judging actual weapons of mass destruction justifications as for Iraq invasion is double standard. Something to think about as you judge one but not the other.

SGT Gregory Lawritson - You continue to focus on Hillary while avoiding an investigation into Iraq, thus far 4,486 plus U.S. soldiers have died in Iraq, yet no mention of them, just the persistent finger pointing at Hillary. My company CO was killed there, he left behind a pregnant wife and two sons, no one mention of them, but lots of bitching and complaining of a woman that pissed men off. Hillary has no need of pardons, and if the new POTUS chooses to push for adjudications then I hope that he too does the same foe the weapons of mass destruction excuse; failure to do so, it is just a bunch of weak men going after a woman.
