Cpl Gerald Tucker Odds Are it will be Tied Up in the Courts for Several Years. It will be Settled Out of Court for a Significant Amount of which the Lawyers will get the Lions Share.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - That what companies count on; being tied up in courts to wear you down to accept some crappy settlement.

How did they discover this? Seems it should be privilidged information. I was removed from my Municipal Police job after 15 years when they decided it was a liability to employ me while I had that diagnosis. The VA was not rating or compensating PTSD in 1983. The Army ran and hid at the mention of PTSD, SO I went back in the Army as an AGR. That position was eliminated and I was employed as a Civilian in an Army Military Intelligence Battalion.
Later the unit was dissolved and I was left unemployed, but the Government was stuck paying my full salary. Then I was employed by the VETERANS ADMINISTRATION, who should have had access to my records. I was rated 30% and became a supervisory police officer. It became a lucrative job.
Then someone decided that a politician deserved my job more than me. The VA RAISED MY RATING TO 60% and then used that rating to disable me AGAIN. SIXTY PERCENT put me in a position where: MY SERVICE CONNECTED DISABILITY MADE ME UNEMPLOYABLE.
INWOUND UP WITH 70% plus 30% for Unemployability at 53. I used that to go to the ARMY BOARD FOR CORRECTION OF MILITARY RECORDS to change my separation to RETIREMENT retro active. I was happy with that outcome. My VA disability was more than military retirement so I don’t get paid by the Army but I do get the benefits. I collect 100% from the VA including medical, dental, eyes, ears the works. They covered a bout with Cancer and an aortic anyurism.
