Where Do we Start ... The Assigned Leadership (Appointees) are Rectal Orifices and If not Politicians they are in a Politicians Back Pocket... We Need New leadership from the Ranks with No strings attached to Damn Politicians...

I do not have any confidence that will ever happen. The political appointee's only job is to support and defend and promote the policy of those who appointed him. They would support and rationalize the extermination of all veterans by the VA if that was the policy. Vet care through the VA or any system established by politicians will always be an expedient to implement political will.
