Legion members attend post meetings virtually

SSgt GG-15 RET Jim Lint I love the VFW and American Legion. I am not a part of the VFW, but I am part of the American Legion. I just received my most recent copy of the Legion magazine, and one of the things I notice is that a good deal of its advertising is for products geared toward seniors (orthopedic shoes, bathtub conversions, etc...) I mention this because it is in the same vein as progressing forward digitally. These organizations must grow with their membership. If young veterans see the VFW and American Legion as organizations for "old timers" they are not going to have younger veterans joining. This is definitely a step in the right direction.
