Really, how is alienating a large block of your customer base good for business?

I bet they do. Is this any different from what the Democrats are currently doing with their older political base? They are flooding the market with illegals to push out the old and bring in the new (socialist). Levi is doing the same. They, like Nike must have a marketing team that has concluded that a new demographic is out there- we just need to alienate our current base and focus on this new generation.
