I am not a fan of passing a law for every perceived slight or insult as our current congress, especially the Democrats, are want too. But it is long over due for a convention of law and legislators to get together to revise the criminal code comprehensively to address the whole spectrum of terror issues.

It appears from this that our laws regarding terrorism have not kept pace with the perps who commit acts of terrorism in that the gvt had to try & prove the man personally killed someone in the process of a terroristic act. Terrorism is thriving in an environment of civil and criminal acts and laws meant to deal with civil and criminal acts. Hopefully the legislator-types will catch up and make terrorism in and of itself a capital offense punishable by death, not dependent on proving the perps individually committed a capital crime. From the Benghazi incident, it would be impossible to prove that any one person or persons directly pulled the trigger, but the 4 Americans are still dead.
