Thanks for reminding us SP5 Mark Kuzinski that in 1972 despite all the propaganda the Christmas Bombing campaign of 1972 actually stopped for Christmas. Linebacker II paused to give the USAF and US Navy pilots and maintenance crews a chance for a Christmas break. There was no intent to give respite to the enemy.
