It's no secret that skills revolving around IT are extremely valuable in today's economy. Business simply cannot be done without computers and other technology, and as such, jobs that work with these systems are always in high demand. That's why it wasn't surprising when researchers from LinkedIn found that tech-based skills populated the 25 most sought-after skills of 2015 in the U.S.

I need to update my LinedIn skills. I have done a little work with Microsoft Azure which is really cool. I can turn up a fully running SQL Server in just a couple of minutes. Let see someone try that at home! We (the company I work for) are just starting to put our product in the cloud for our sales team (we already have private cloud for our customers). I am hoping that we will start offering SaaS and PaaS (infrastructure and platform) services to our clients soon.
It is all about virtualization whether it be on HP, IBM, Level3, Microsoft, or any number of other hosted data centers.

Bethany Duffy good article. I agree, cloud skills are in demand and people with the skill to manage the hyper converged infrastructure are really sought after right now.
