Thanks Maj Marty Hogan for letting us know that December 5 is the 85th anniversary of the birth of American musician, singer, actor, comedian and songwriter Richard Wayne Penniman who thrilled the younger generations in the 1950's and later as Little Richard.
Happy Birthday Little Richard with many happy returns.
In some respects he reminds me of Prince.
Here is the "long" version of Lucille (1957) performed by Little Richard on piano and singing with his band.

I WAS SIMPLY ROCKIN' OUT, STEVE! On a serious note: I didn't realize that Little Richard was so versatile. -With My Love in CHRIST, for you Steve, Margaret

LTC Stephen Ford: A great Rock & Roll music video from 1957 when the music was
young and Little Richard (AKA the Georgia Peach) was rocking out with his piano.
I still have a few of his 45 RPM records and they still sound great today. I always
enjoy your music videos especially those from the 50's and 60's. Thanks.
