now they are saying it was a hoax/false alarm. Funny how you keep a building on lockdown for 4 hours for a false alarm and then keep telling people to avoid the area for several hours after they announced it was "nothing". These are not the droids you are looking for. Move along.....

They probably don't have a procedure / contingency plan. I recently took part in some community training. It's a real eye opener. While Rancho Cucamonga is backwards in some ways, their police / emergency response is surprisingly up to date. In fact, communities across the country reach out to them to get trained.

LT John Chang - that's the thing, they have an excellent procedure/contingency plan. That's why it doesn't make sense
