"Suspected terror attack"... I watched the video where people were running away terrified. I think one doesn't have to analyze it any further to realize it is a "terror attack". This is what I don't get about "terror attacks" or "hate crimes". Did the attack produce terror? Then it is a terror attack. Did a crime use hate? Then it is a hate crime. It seems to me that this attack would fit both bills.
