Local veteran arranges funeral for 'lonely' fellow vet

If anyone is in the Rochester/Preston Minnesota area and can make it tomorrow, the funeral will be at 1 p.m. Feb. 23 with full military honors at the new state veterans cemetery is located on U.S. 52 near Preston.
