Local vets who restored antique helicopter say person who donated it took it back

My take on the situation is the original owner is being a horse's ass but the VFW was foolish for not having documentation of donation, loan of the fuselage, "right to use", etc. I don't see the VFW having much luck in the courts if the owner can produce documentation he still owns the aircraft.
