The technology is there... It’s a matter of money verse time! Whomever has the money and whom wants to pay for it without all the legislation to go along with it, that folks is the name of the game... That is what will determine how long it gets in your hands! Too many years of Contracting to see it played out... Great ideas only to be shit on by budget cuts depending on whom is in office or whom is up for re-election!
