Lockheed Martin will build wings for its F-16 combat plane in India with its local partner, Tata Advanced Systems Limited, an executive at the U.S. company said on Tuesday.

I don't have a warm and fuzzy relying on a foreign company producing critical military hardware in a foreign country. I seem to recall a problem with missile components that a foreign country refused to produce/ship because they disagreed with US involvement in the Gulf War.
