London Underground Calling: Buskers Audition To Play On The Tube

Having Done a Tour at NCU London, I'm quite Familiar with the "Buskers" in the Tube Stations. I didn't Know that they started requiring a License after 2003 and You Have to Audition for that License. Great Idea.
