It is definitely the cost of living in my opinion Capt Dwayne Conyers and veterans without high paying jobs to afford to live in that area. That is why I moved away from San Diego County. Too expensive my friend!

Could be the cost of living. I have a friend who works for Fox sports radio and his 1 bedroom apartment in L.A. is nice but nothing awesome and he pays almost $2000 a month for it. He said his cousin in San Francisco pays almost $4,000 a month for a really nice apartment. I could get a mansion in my area for that kind of money.

SSG (Join to see) I have a friend that lives in L.A.,she has a one bedroom apartment and pays $1800,it is decent,but here $600 or $800 would get a much better place.

His place is okay nothing special except it is close to his work, its an older building but well maintained. Have to take his word on his cousins place never been to san fran.
