Lou Holtz inspirational speech

For some reason and I can't quite put my finger on it, I dislike Lou Holtz. Perhaps it's my disdain for Notre Dame football. However, Holtz has always been an inspirational speaker. I have listened to a few of his leadership seminars and was quite impressed and identified with his message. We need more of this and less of the progressive decisiveness currently being peddled on our college campuses.
