There is a group from this organization(which includes my wife) currently in Orange Texas. They are there to help rescue, treat and transport animals in distress due to the Hurricane. They have almost run out of water and could use other support. If anyone is willing and able to help please reach out to them on their web site http://www.tailwaggers1990.org. I think someone would have to take it to them. They are out on their own now. They were in an area with greater support. But the aspca came in and pushed them out.
