How does a Dog Rescue Non-Profit make a better life for those who suffer from PTSD and the Dog?
Here is another great American Lady that is working hard to rescue dogs, rehabilitates them, trains them, and then donate them to service members and law enforcement members that suffer from PTSD.

Pamela is working together with Virtual World Solutions d/b/a Sponsor a Vet Life (VWS SAVL) to provide additional funding for the services that are needed to help veterans with PTSD, TBI, MST, and that are suffering from severe debilitating injuries. She is always trying to find new homes for rescued dogs to donate to our service members in need.
All of the dogs that Pamela rescues are dogs that were out of options. The dog rescues passed them up, they were out of time at the shelters slated for euthanasia or dumped by owners by the roadside. Each dog she rehabilitates and begins the training process.
The dogs with K9 work potential she donates to police departments. The dogs that have Service Dog potential she donates to people in need of a Service or Emotional Support dog who can’t not afford a high price breeder and the training. She helps each person she donates a service dog to find local affordable service dog training in their area. Pamela always helps each person as much as they need to prepare for academy.
German Shepherds make excellent service dogs as well as companion dogs if trained correctly. She rescues these dogs and get them vetted (i.e., spayed/neutered vaccines medical care, etc., all form the profits she makes from her store, website sales, and donations made to her rescue fund.
Pamela always provides a starter care package with bowls leashes training toys, etc. to get each person she donates a dog to started. Pamela always give military & law enforcement folks a lifetime 30% discount on anything they buy from Lucky Puppy.
Pamela will do as much as she can to get the dog and person a successful start of their new life together. She has been raising German Shepherds since age 16 and now she is 47. Pamela has a remarkable record of show & agility champions, but she doesn’t compete anymore. Now she rescues, rehabilitates & donates

I particularly admire the special Orgs that specifically obtain dogs to help our PTSD or TBI Vets. One in particular is Stiggys Dogs in Howell Michigan who has the moto 'rescue one to rescue another'. Kudo's. I am a proud 14 yr volunteer with adoptable dogs at Rescues/shelters and a KWV.
