Like to get a rush? Never met a dirt dart? Never had the chance to see one burn in? I present to you and your friends a moment in sheer stupidity that should make THIS the weekend safety brief for the Darwin Award Gold candidate! Yes it's old, but just think....after Airborne school, being assigned to Airborne units and countless videos on youtube, you'd think there would be a level of common sense somewhere.....just not with this guy

He, and the rest of his family were my coaches/instructors when I started skydiving. The Farringtons, Luke's cousin is Andy Farrington, are three, soon to be four generations of sky divers. The other instructors, not of the family, at Kapowsin included a Navy Leap Frog, a Hollywood stunt diver, and spouses. Tight knit community!

SSgt (Join to see), when I started skydiving (first sport jump on 23NOV74), all jumps were solo (maybe for you as well). We had to make five static line jumps and then the sixth jump was the first free fall (hop and pop or jump and pull). No such thing as tandem jumps and training back then!
