Happy Noon hour to my RP Brothers and Sisters!
First and foremost, I wish to convey my sincere thanks to all my RP Brothers and Sisters who took the time to congratulate me on my Eagle Award for achieving 2,000,000 Influence Points or IPs yesterday... I was not able to thank all of you individually yesterday, but I believe I have caught up... If I have missed sending any of you a thank you note, please let me know by message and I will do so, with my apologies....
For today's Noon Hour Music INterlude, I chose a song by Lynyrd Skynyrd, titled "Tuesday's Gone"... Well, not quite, but it is after noon time, so half the day is gone already!
Tuesday's Gone (2003 - Live At Amsouth Amphitheatre, TN), is the second track on Lynyrd Skynyrd's first album, "(pronounced 'lĕh-'nérd 'skin-'nérd)". One of the band's most popular songs, its relaxing pace and serenading guitars have made it a fan staple. The lyrics, featuring themes of a relationship ending because of extensive touring, are similar in mood to the band's signature tune "Free Bird". The distinct introduction to the song features a mellotron, played by Al Kooper.
