Assistant gunner(s) must have been assigned to a quad 50 crew. No one would volunteer to move and load as much sxxt as those guns could fire!

It is interesting that the only view of the quad 50s firing is from the side except for a view facing the front of the guns when they were not firing SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL
There are tow reason why no views of the impact are shown.
1. The firing demo was for demonstration which is why a video camera crew was there.
2. Firing quad-50s at ground forces would be a violation of the Geneva and Hague convention. If that was caught on film somebody could be charged with war crimes.
