LTC Jay Hicks great read and share for sure, I love it I am putting this one in my favorites. This is great and right down my alley for my PMP certification.

LTC Jay Hicks, this is a tough one. A SGM told us the other day about the lack of insight among his peers. They bought homes, moved their families here to Columbus, GA, all in the hopes of getting a job here at the Maneuver Center. Of course, he had to inform them, plenty of people have had this thought process. He was complimented because he had the foresight of getting a viable nursing degree prior to leaving the military.
It is troubling to think that folks are at the finish line and have to reconsider their plans because they only found out the information now. There has to be a way to bridge and balance these acts with the outside employment realm.
