I was just reading this. Not sure what the real, whole story is. I'm sure he'll go on to make O-6 at his next assignment.

SMSgt Lawrence McCarter - Right. The Boss often takes the blame for issues that festered and should be taken care of at the supervisor level.

There seem to be a few problems at Malmstrom AFB, I sure hope they manage to get things straightened out and back on track. No real details here on prior problems but It sounds like the problems just kept building up.

He probably told the young airmen they had to show up to work on time, in uniform and be ready to work.
