I'll wait until I see more info to make a judgement. However, the democrats want to pass extremist gun control laws, and they need justification.

Be very suspicious.... "A man was arrested Wednesday after he was stopped by the Secret Service near the Naval Observatory in Washington" Stopped for what?

I’m waiting too!
Unfortunately we can’t take anything we see in a news clip at face value anymore. Just give us facts, all the facts as they’re currently known and we can figure it out for ourselves.
Once upon a time in America, Walter Cronkite (as liberal as he was) practiced a lost-art called Journalism. He would deliver his broadcast and sign-off with his signature “…and that’s the way it is <date-stamp>…” and we were left with facts, all the facts as they were known at that time and the then-current-date. We were free to speculate and had patience to wait before drawing any conclusions. So please, take a concept from our legal system oath. Tell us the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. We don’t need our feelings protected with political-correctness from those secular, religious, cultural, political and god-knows-what other biases. We’re adults; we can make our own determinations. We don’t need spin and we don’t need opinion from the messenger.
A news conference from an on-scene “official” does not require a reception-line of other official-celebs even though they would like to have their moment on camera. Give us all the known facts. That’s it.
We are witnessing our inalienable rights vanish right in front of us. Only we can stop that. We need to let due process take its course and justice will be served in due time - without media sensationalism. Some of our most essential institutions have abandoned us and our Bill-of-Rights. We need to save them.
