Also the Salvation Army is ruthless. Smh. Over one cookie? The guy was seemingly on a good road to recovery. And this is one of many reasons we have the problem with addiction we do. Either you have people who refuse to get treatment or you have people who seek it out and get punished or get thrown under the bus.
