They say it was an anti-aircraft armored personnel carrier. I did see the video and it looked like a Russian version of. Marine Corps or Canadian light armored vehicle but it had tracks on it like an m113. It has surface-to-air missiles on it. Too bad for the guy and for his vehicle!

LTC (Join to see) the striker in the Canadian lav are related so I don't know why they had to reinvent the wheel. They could have used the light armored vehicle from Canada in place of the striker
