This is downright disturbing. Warning - he dies in the cell because the cops don't believe his neck is broken. . . after 4 days.

Ok I'm not saying that what happened was right. But a couple things, 1st cops don't run the jails. It's correction officers. Second besides the title of the video what other proof was there that this guy had a broken neck and do you know what the cause of death was? So unless you know the particulars and were there don't go judging and putting the blame on cops!!

Thanks. I didn't know there were a different groups of workers that ran jails. I thought they were also cops. Also, no, I don't know anything more than what was allegedly reported. I also know I saw a man didn't move for seemingly a long time, and at some point someone could've and should've thought to get a professional medic to check in there - much sooner than later.
