Pair that technical training up with real world certifications (as well as those of DoD), and you'll get the people going through the training back later as civilian DoD personnel.
However, I'm not so sure about the physical requirements. I completely understand why EVERYONE in the Coprps is a door-kicking, trigger puller first. But in the long run they'll still have to fill those positions when the older Marines separate/retire. I know front-line troops don't much care for fobbits, but that's probably where a lot of these people will operate out of.
What's it up to now, 4 support personnel for every infantry soldier? Add in cyber and that number will definitely go up.

Sgt Wayne Wood
Cooks & bakers and company clerks all have to meet the same physical requirements as the bullet catchers... should be the same for the cyber-warriors
