Damn. Plead out and got 5 years. I get Joes fucking around and doing dumb shit, but I can't think of a time where I saw a soldier aim a weapon, loaded or not, at another, and they laugh shit off.
Sad that a life was loss that day.
Of note, the fact that they kept referring to a magazine as a clip was annoying but whatever.
