https://www.rallypoint.com/profiles/198196-68s-preventive-medicine-specialist PTSD is never an excuse to attack someone, there must be another aspect to this story. Why did he enter an Iraqi restaurant? What was identified as the trigger? Was this a stand-alone incident or was the Marine Sergeant Major provoked? Is he seeing a therapist for his condition? Is he on medication or off his meds? While answers to these questions will be addressed legally, what is being done to address his condition and diagnosis?
