Marines are latest to create specialized career field for cyber

While cyber Marines still need to remember to be riflemen first, I agree that creating a specific MOS field for them, where they can get necessary training and work and compete for promotion with others of their kind, is a good idea. What I didn't agree with was when HQMC proposed letting cyber nerds into the Corps quickly without the boot camp experience. Right now, only members of the U.S. Marine Band (The President's Own) are exempt from that (they are exempt from getting PCS'd, too).

Chip I hear the Marines are adding a little flare to the program. Example if you using cyber weapons on the US, the Marine system will stop it cold. Then a platoon of Marines will show up at your house where ever that is on the planet, and they will kill you, your entire family tree, dogs, cats, and farm animals.
