Wow, someone really fell through the cracks. I am really surprised that the Marine Corps did not have a plan, for situations like this one. I am sure they have had recruits like this, before.

The recruiter had to make that quota that month it appears....Most people think Marines have mental health issues anyway, he had issues before getting there.
