That happens in war as you know. We were told by the Navy that our uncle James Cunnally died in WWII when his Submarine was sunk by a Japanese Submarine. However we just found out a few years ago that was not true because his submarine was sunk by friendly fire and the Japanese Submarine was in the area but was not responsible for sinking his submarine.

It happens to the best. Hopefully they changed it and sent an apology to the family.

Capt Tom Brown - By not saying a thing throughout his life, PFC Schultz spoke volumes. He knew his place in history. He fought with his brothers. And he raised our colors. He was simply, and poignantly, a Marine. Nothing more to be said.

Being able to call such men "brother" is extremely humbling.
