Using this method I dropped 15 minutes off my run time. I was a high 16 minute runner. After doing this for three months, I was an average of two minutes total time......police cars are very efficient means of completing your APFT in a pinch.

Sir I can guarantee if you tried this, your run time would decrease being your grader would have NO idea what lap you're on while he is with an O2 tank hooked to him for laughing so hard.

SSG Warren Swan - I thought you were using this technique to train, I cannot imagine seeing someone run a PFT like that, I'd be falling down laughing
