Ha! "the state would have to levy a 10 percent payroll tax against every business and charge a $2,800 fee for every man, woman, and child in the state to raise the needed $24 billion a year." I guess we keep needing to re-confirm that socialism is expensive.

Congress change the laws to make sure the DEA could not bust Dr prescribing High volumes of opioids. Attorneys who work for the DEA went to go work for the pharmaceutical companies and the law was changed and favor of the criminality. Hopefully, the laws get changed and be one step further Lorraine costs and saving lives.
